David has more than 20 years' experience dealing with complex disputes. He leads Pinsent Masons' TMT Disputes Team. David was named in The Lawyer's "Hot 100" for 2019 for his ground-breaking work in data privacy litigation.
David leads the firm's media litigation team which has 'rapidly established itself at the very top of the media law field, with a burgeoning portfolio of major clients and a central involvement in some of the most important media and information law cases currently proceeding before the English courts' and is described as 'fiercely intelligent'.
David advises companies in the energy, life sciences and healthcare sectors on all matters of individual and collective employment law, employee data protection and employment law compliance. He focuses on the areas of ‘New Work’, support in complex separation processes and internal investigations as well as legal innovation.
David specialises in providing risk management and dispute resolution advice to clients operating in the infrastructure and energy sectors. David has acted for developers, main contractors and sub-contractors on a wide range of high profile and technically complex projects and disputes.
David heads our specialist financial services team covering financial regulation, insurance and funds and asset management. He also leads the Advanced Delivery Team.
Dieter is an Of Counsel in Pinsent Masons’ Düsseldorf office. He has many years of experience in transactions and corporate law structuring as well as in setting up and optimising compliance and risk management systems. Dieter is well-connected in the SME sector and has strong ties to international group of companies.
