David has more than 20 years' experience dealing with complex disputes. He leads Pinsent Masons' TMT Disputes Team. David was named in The Lawyer's "Hot 100" for 2019 for his ground-breaking work in data privacy litigation.
David acts for Lenders and Borrowers and specialises in the finance aspects of a wide variety of corporate transactions including corporate lending (secured and unsecured), property finance transactions (both investment and development), acquisition finance and leveraged transactions, corporate reorganisations and receivables financing transactions.
David has 25 years' experience of assisting clients with distressed technology and data situations. He heads the firm's global cyber practice, and is experienced in all forms of technology and data dispute resolution.
