Daniel is a construction lawyer with broad experience advising developers and contractors on the procurement and delivery of construction, energy and infrastructure projects across Australia.
Daniel has experience advising clients on the drafting, negotiation and delivery of a range of construction and project documentation, including early works, early contractor involvement, construct only, design and construct, managing contractor, engineer, procure and construct, operation and maintenance, consultancy and supply contracts.
Having spent most of his private practice career in international law firms, Daniel has regularly acted for a broad range of Australian and international developers, Australian and international tier 1 and 2 contractors, consultants and financiers on a mix of infrastructure, energy, commercial, residential and mixed-use developments across Australia. Having also spent time in house with a tier 2 commercial contractor, Daniel has honed his ability to develop commercially focused solutions tailored to clients business needs.
